Victorville Vikings are 2005 West Coast Speedway League Champions after routing Sacramento Silver Machine 51-33 over 14 heats (heat 15 was called after 3 attempts do to broken bikes and bruised bodies!). The Vikings were on all night and were deserved winners, having operated as a team unit all year, thanks to the guidance of Shawn McConnell.
